Shipping Policies

All orders are processed and shipped within 24-72 hours. Shipping times may be affected by changes at USPS. 

Domestic Shipping: Packages are sent via USPS unless requested otherwise and we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages on purchases made without insurance and/or signature confirmation. 

International Shipping: All items are shipped USPS and rates depend on the weight and size of the order. All customs duties, taxes, or fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are required to accurately declare the value of all international orders on the relevant customs forms and on the included packing slip. Occasionally, customs delays do occur, please be patient with us and the postal system.
